- We set up your dedicated VPS through Fasthosts — the account is yours, billed to you directly.
- We install and configure PostgreSQL, security packages, and backup strategies on your VPS.
- A secure tunnel connects your VPS to our application server. Your data is never exposed to the public internet.
- You access our apps — your staff and patients log in through our platform, but all data operations run against your private database.
- You remain in control — we only access your VPS by explicit consent, governed by our Terms of Agreement.
Is It Secure?
Yes. A dedicated, isolated VPS behind a secure tunnel is inherently more secure than a shared multi-tenant database exposed to the public web. On top of that:
- Data is encrypted at rest and in transit
