Health-Clinics
Whilst health clinics come in a variety of different types and sizes, they all share the same responsibility of managing patient data in compliance with the appropriate laws as well as meeting regulatory requirements set by the Care Quality Commission(CQC). Our [ xyz booking app] provides a range of tools for both staff and patients to communicate effectively and handle appointments that can be attended in-person or online.
Manage Appointments
Maintain a quality service for patients so they can arrange and attend their appointments with tools to help deal with high volume. These include:
- our [personal web app] that patients can use to request an appointment;
- attending appointments using the teleheath tool that is also available on the PWA;
- SNOMED that can be used by staff when patients try to explain symptoms for the purpose of accurate details to assist the clinician.
Prescriptions
Doctors and clinicians can issue private prescriptions without any need to print and sign by hand*. Our system allows practitioners to electronically sign prescriptions buy advanced electronic signature (AES) that is fully compliant with the Human Medicines Regulations 2012.
When a prescription is electronically signed, the patient is able to see the details on their personal web app. The dispensing chemist is able to scan the QR code of the prescription order which updates the status of the record upon collection.
*Except for [the types of controlled drugs requiring a wet signature]
Billing Patients & Insurance
Our automated billing system that works in sync with a dedicated accounting app provides a seamless workflow from the point of making appointments to filing insurance claims and collecting any shartfalls from patients. This eliminates any need to export data to an external accounting app, thereby keeping sensitive information within your secure environment instead of having to share with another third-party software providers.

Blood Testing & Managing Results
Whilst not integrated with The Doctors Laboratory (TDL), there is little difference in terms of manually inputting any details when creating a record for a patient with whom a blood sample is required.
With a few clicks on the dashboard a clinician can create a record for their patient and then upon printing the label via the TDL portal, the barcode can be scanned that will insert the details into the record.
Results received by email are to a dedicated mailbox within the app which are then automatically associated with the relevant patient record. The clinician receives a notification that the test results for their patient have been filed and can view the results by accessing the patient record.
